a dreamy escape
sweet surprisetaxi troublebig poolworn corridor
the staff were amazing, so gentle. i found a cake in the room on my daughter's birthday, a sweet surprise. guest services helped me with a taxi trouble, it was reassuring. the pool was big and clean, such a lovely space.
the reception looks grand at first, with tiling everywhere. once i left the main building, the corridors seemed worn. doors need paint because they looks tired.

The entire hotel appears perfect for family holidays. the staff were amazing. All our requests were provided quickly. wafa from customer relations was especially kind. She checked on us every day to ensure everything was fine and offered help as needed.

the hotel is located conveniently near a mall and several restaurants. i found the staff consistently friendly and helpful (nadine from guest relations was particularly great). the spa was amazing, i would definitely recommend it! the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of fresh food. the pool was large, and the hotel offered a quiet atmosphere. the grounds were also fine.
i noticed the air conditioning in the rooms wasn't very powerful, impacting my comfort slightly.
